Description:
1820 - ACSL Junior is designed for students in grades 5 to 9, and are willing to take computer programming competitions in the future. ACSL(American Computer Science League) has organized computer science and programming competitions for k-12 students for the past 45 years. The Junior division of ACSL (grade <=9) is very popular and widely recognized in the U.S. and throughout the world. This course follows the requirement of ACSL competition, students will be guided to master four major mathematical tools: number system, prefix/infix/postfix notations, boolean algebra, and graph theory, then focus on four major programming topics: recursive function, bit-string flicking, data structure, digital electronics, finally they will hands-on practice coding for solving programming problems. Students who are ready will be organized to participate in the ACSL junior competitions for the coming season.
